Where are the HD Buttercup B&M Stores?
HD Buttercup currently has a total of three stores in the United States. Our flagship emporium is located in Los Angeles, CA. and offers furniture, rugs and accessories. Adjacent to this store is In Bed, our luxury bedding and accessories boutique. Similar iterations of these stores and their offerings can be found in San Francisco at our other location – please see their addresses below.

Are the same products offered in each store?
We carry a great variety of products. So many in fact that we receive roughly a thousand new arrivals each week! While we carry many of the same products in both furniture and In Bed stores, there is some variation. Please call or email one of our stores to inquire about a specific product.
What studio services do you provide?

What services do you provide to the designers and the trade community?
In-store, we provide a 10% discount to the trade with proof of proper credentials. Please see our Trade Program page for more information.
Shop In bed
Are your linens machine washable?
Absolutely! All of our linens are machine washable! Each item comes with its own set of washing instructions. Please check your product for details, visit their website or call one of our In Bed stores and a Design Consultant will be happy to assist you.
What is your return policy on bedding?
In Bed has the same return policy as HD Buttercup – 7 days in new, unused condition, unopened and in the original packaging. Final sale items cannot be returned.
What is your return policy on mattresses?
For sanitary reasons, all mattresses are final sale unless otherwise specified by an In Bed Manager.
Do you offer European sizes in mattresses?
European sizes can be custom ordered. Please call one of our In Bed stores for more details.
Do you carry organic linens, bedding, and sheets?
Many In Bed products like bedding and throws feature certified organic materials. We also carry a line of 100% natural latex mattresses.

What if a product arrives defective?
We gladly work with our customers to get them the product they expected to receive! Customers often work with our Buying office to de- termine what the defect is, how it could get repaired, in what time frame and by whom. In these situations please call our store’s Customer Service Reps to reach the appropriate support person.
Can I exchange or return products to HD Buttercup?
To return a product, please bring your invoice with the product within 7 days. For exchanges, we work with each customer and product on an individual basis given their need.
Who do I contact if I have a question about a product?
Please call our Los Angeles store’s Customer Service number: 310 558–8900. Our representatives will be able to assist you with questions regarding shipping, price, etc.
Will large returns, like couches or media consoles accepted in stores?
Yes, but only with prior approval. Please call or email our store(s) first to speak with a Manager who can provide you authorization and instructions on how to delivery the item. In most cases you will be instructed to deliver the item to one of our two loading docks. We take careful consideration with these returns as their size requires extra staff.

Are your spaces available to rent for parties, award ceremonies, etc?
Yes! We have held many exceptional events at our stores in the past. This includes but is not limited to industry events, book signings, pop-up shops and fashion shows.
